We collect personal information in one place only: the enquiry form on this site. We use it to reply to you and to discuss the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you around the internet.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Who we are

Industry Logic Limited is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08236014, with our registered office at 38a Bowes Street, Blyth, Northumberland, NE24 1BE, United Kingdom.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC255410. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@industrylogic.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, company name, the disciplines you are interested in, the budget range you indicate, and whatever you write in the message field. Only your name, email address and message are required — the rest are optional, and an enquiry without them is just as welcome.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs of requests to this site, which include IP addresses. These are used to keep the site running and secure, not to identify visitors.

Why we are allowed to use it

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us about possible work, and replying to you is the obvious and expected use of what you sent. If a project goes ahead, we will hold what we need to perform the contract.

Who else sees it

Two processors handle your enquiry on our behalf:

• Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions, holding them in an account only we can access.
• Google Workspace carries the email we send and receive.

Nobody else. We do not share enquiries with other agencies, advertisers, or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to two years, in case you come back to us, and then delete them. Where an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the records for as long as we need them for that work and for the period our accountants and HMRC require afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can object to our use of it on the basis of legitimate interests. Write to hello@industrylogic.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office — the UK regulator we are registered with — at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
